HAVANA NRG! IN DEMAND, ON FIRE!

When 2020 arrived and while most were celebrating a new year, a new decade I couldn’t help but to pause  and take a small moment and realize I have been working alongside my hottest client that not only performs the hottest shows around USA but has maintained to remain consistent every weekend at the same venue for almost 20 years! I am so happy and blessed to represent Havana NRG! handling digital brand management, social media, bookings and many tours around country throughout.

Havana NRG! has that midas touch, that special formula that goes way beyond their talent, it’s their path, their fans, audiences worldwide that have purchased and stream their original music and other remakes they have produced. It’s how they relate to their fans both in person and online as we work progressively to provide the fastest response rate addressing concerns, thanking them for their compliments and handling incoming requests for festivals, private events and so much more.

Havana NRG! are always in touch with their target audience and their packed weekly shows at Gloria’s in Addison reflect just that. From Millennials to Gen X’ers, Havana NRG! delivers! To those that remember their very early days where a night included pure Salsa and Merengue only have seen the massive change and progression of Havana NRG! which now has transformed to remakes of Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Becky G, Pitbull and so much more in hot, upbeat remixed fashion along with the hottest Timba Cubana, Cubaton, Reggaeton and Salsa of today and moving forward.

Welcome to the new Havana NRG! or let’s say, the evolved relevant band that has become a much in demand headliner for concerts. I had to educate a booking agent recently who stated to me “We want to book Havana NRG as we already have a “Party Band” to close out the show for the festival” and my reply was, have you seen this band in the past 5 years? She said yes, then I said simply OK. Once she experiences their hot, powerful party band showcase the “closing band” will drop their jaw as will the agent. This is not the “Salsa Only” band you once knew. We are booking for 2020 and already 2021, call me at 469-490-9993 or rikki_rincon@yahoo.com. You may visit www.bookhavananrg.com to see more fun!

William Vivanco (born October 6, 1975, in SantiagoCuba) is a composer and musician. Vivanco learned to play guitar by frequenting Casa de la Trova on Calle Heredia in Santiago, “stealing chords”. He busked in the streets, and also performed with a professional children’s choir. He trained his voice, learning the techniques that would enable him to develop his distinctively percussive vocal style. He also played day-long romerias and at the Festival of Singers of the Americas in Guantánamo.

Vivanco first came to Havana when he was 23 years old. The Bis Music label at the Santa Clara song festival spotted him and offered him the possibility to make his first solo album in 2002 called Lo Tengo To’ Pensa’o, a mix of Brazilian musicpop and reggae. His song and the accompanying video clip “Cimarrón” became popular. “Cimarrón” (literally, “one who lives on mountaintops”) refers to African slaves who ran away from their Spanish masters.

In 2006, Vivanco recorded his second solo album, La Isla Milagrosa, produced by Descemer Bueno and Roberto Carcassés. In recent times Vivanco has started to distance himself from his funkier, poppier tunes in favour of music that is more “Santiaguera” (from Santiago), more Cuban, more rhythmic – more traditional.

Vivanco has performed in France. In 2003 he performed at Les Transmusicales de Rennes festival, then in 2004 at the Paleo Festival de Nyon, at the Cuban night of Les Nuits de Fourvière de Lyon, and in August 2005 he played at the Vence festival Les Nuits du Sud. (Source: Wikipedia).

Rikki Rincón, President of Music Access Latino, a division of Music Access, Inc. stated “After several on and off discussions with Mr. William Vivanco since 2016 and being introduced via a industry colleague, this was always a wonderful idea that eventually came to fruition. We at Music Access, Inc. are very excited to work with the very talented singer/songwriter/producer William Vivanco. After seeing his work with some of Cuba’s best talent over the past decade or so and then getting know him as a person, we are more than convinced that beyond his talent he is a down to earth person, one we hope to grow with”.

William Vivanco clearly states this about the new single, Bailarina inspirada en el poema de Jose Marti.:La bailarina española. Mesclada con musica arabe, española, celta quisomba y regetton”. “The song Bailarina was inspired in the poem by Jose Marti: The Spanish Bailarina. Music mixed with sounds of arabic, spanish, celtic kizomba and a little bit of reggaeton”.

William Vivanco teams up with producer Jose Angel and on violin William Roblejo, on Flamenco guitar, Reiner Mariño and mixed and mastered by Luis Duran. Photo credit to Cinthia Bapa. The new single goes on sale Friday, August 11, 2017 everywhere digital music is sold via Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Apple Music, Tidal, Music Access, Inc. and others. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Dallas, Texas) Since 2002 Havana NRG! has been blazing the city of Dallas performing and packing in over 12,000+ fans monthly as they continue to set records every Friday and Saturday night at Gloria’s Addison! Their fan base covers all ages, demographics and well, to put it mildly, they are one intoxicating band.

Havana NRG! have impacted not just the Dallas, but major markets such as Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco and so many cities in between. Havana NRG! means one thing and that is “New Rhythm Generation” and to this they have kept their promise of blending in various new and trendsetting sounds to their live show and now recordings. Gone are the days of your standard “Salsa/Merengue” band. Havana NRG! continues to perform their brand of Timba Cubana, Salsa, Cubaton, Merengue Electronico and now their hot brand of both classics and current remixes as we now are excited to announce the signing with Music Access, Inc.’s division, Music Access Latino!

In 2015 and mainly 2016, Havana NRG! begin blending in today’s popular hit music with original merengue electronico remixes for their live shows and it immediately caught on like fire! From Taylor Swift, Meghan Trainor, Bruno Mars to Pitbull, Havana NRG! was on their way to something no other band, especially in Texas was into, so things evolved to where we are today. Havana NRG! will release hot and exciting remixes produced in their unique style for their fans worldwide. We can’t announce which will be their launch single but soon enough everyone will hear the buzz. Havana NRG!’s members are Mariela Suarez (Band Director/Pianist/Producer), Ivan Martinez (Vocals/Percussions/Producer/Engineer), Michael Romero (Lead Vocalist/Trumpet), Jeff Fort (Flute/Sax), Ramon Rodriguez (Bass/Percussions), Ilumin Avila (Vocals), Luis Avila (Percussions), Goeber Nodal (Trumpet) and Melvin Garcia (Percussions).

Robert Gonzalez, CEO of Music Access, Inc. speaks of his excitement as this day finally arrives, “Established, seasoned, masters at their craft and monsters on the stage, this is an honor to align ourselves with such an amazing group. We have big things we are working on so stay tuned!!! Havana NRG, let’s go!!!”. The buzz was felt through the office as this is “the band” that has set an all time residency performance record each week at Gloria’s Addison for almost 15 years!

I personally wear several hats from Creative Juice Online to the President/Music Access Latino and have worked one on one, side by side with Havana NRG! for over 17 years collectively and never in my 35+ year career have I come across a group of masters of their craft that equally possess a personal tie with those they work with and their fans along with attention to detailed perfection. Always creative, always aware and doing whatever it takes to deliver their music to the masses. I have personally witnessed Havana NRG! set records at Dallas’ “Jazz Under the Stars” with 7,000+, Salsa at Vitruvian Park in Addison with 8,000+ to selling out shows in Los Angeles’s Granada Theater to packing them in to the original Conga Room, they electrify at every show.

The fun and exciting road Havana NRG! has successfully taken has led them with some amazing creative ideas and now we are moving into some remix ventures that will soon be something everyone will love. The band had this to say about this new signing with Music Access, Inc. and Music Access Latino, “After many years of recording both in Cuba and here in the USA, along with touring around the nation, releasing two original CD’s in 2003 and 2009, we have experienced an amazing thing as we produce remix productions of both classic and current hits. The crowds everywhere are loving it so now we are going to do this and other cool things with Music Access, Inc./Music Access Latino. We are very thankful to CEO, Robert Gonzalez and Rikki Rincon, President of Music Access Latino as we prepare to take off into the future” (Havana NRG!)

Havana NRG! has released two hot recordings, first one titled “Camino al Cielo” in 2003 and “Receta Perfecta” in 2009 under NRG Records and soon we will announce their new hot single remixes and other material under Music Access, Inc/Music Access Latino. Join us in congratulating the hardest working Latino band in today’s marketplace!  More news to come on their first release soon. You can follow Music Access, Inc. and Havana NRG! via Facebook.
