Rikki’s career began in the movie industry. At the young age of 13, Rikki landed a principle role in Universal Pictures release “The Island” as world renown British Actor, Michael Caine led the cast. In the years to follow, Rikki went on to work on the air for many DFW radio properties, including KNON, K-104FM, KJMZ 100.3FM, KICK 99.1FM while working on production with family on massive festivals, concerts and marekting for two decades. While amassing a wealth of entertainment, media, music success with a focus on entertainment and event marketing, Rikki quickly gained recognition for his ability to connect brands with diverse audiences. His expertise in cultural branding led him to work with a wide range of clients, from global corporations to local businesses, helping them develop authentic connections with multicultural communities.

in 2022 Rikki returned to artist management and currently manages Rubi Rox, a Dominican born, USA based recording artist in the area of Urban, Latino and Pop. Rikki also manages celebrity DJ/Producer Latin Prince, a music industry veteran, now based in the DFW market and continues to tour worldwide.
For 22 plus years Rikki has represented the hottest Tropical/Crossover band, Havana NRG! Together, this match has successfully dominated the market in areas of festivals, concerts, private events and a record setting residency at Gloria's Addison, a venue located in the Addison suburb of Dallas.
Rikki is a managing partner of a plant based, luxury shampoo and cosmetic brand, BellaGeneration.. A Dallas based line that is creating much buzz in the hair and cosmetic circles.. He and Founder/CEO, Miriam Marsh Sifuentes are growing the brand and have their sights set on mass scaling with investor opportunities.
