Luis Delgadillo started his career dancing salsa in Los Angeles back in 1987, growing up next to dancers like Rogelio Moreno, The Vazquez brothers and Abel Peña, just to name a few.
Luis moved to Dallas, Texas in 1999 and began teaching SALSA in the North Dallas area. He has taught individuals, groups and corporate groups at the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in several Dance Styles including Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha-cha-cha, Rumba Cubana and much more…
Luis has taught Salsa at the Hilton Anatole, UTD Dallas, UT Arlington, Texas A&M in Greenville, AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, the Irving Convention Center, Ursuline Academy Of Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Memphis, Miami, Los Angeles, McAllen, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, San Diego, Seattle, Saint Louis, just to name a few places.
He has trained with Jayson Molina, Francisco Vazquez, Seon Bristol, Eddie Torres, Santo Rico, Salsa y Control, Griselle Ponce, Al “Liquid” Espinoza, Cobo Brothers, Adrian Arellano, Adonis Valle and others.
Luis is the founder of the Dallas Salsa Congress 2006 and ever since has been bringing world class performers to Dallas. He is also the organizer of the Lone Star Salsa Fest at Cowboys Stadium in 2011, as well as Salsa Conventions in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and New Orleans from 2001 to 2006 and I Love Salsa Congress.
He has also organized several concerts including Gilberto Santa Rosa, Frank Reyes, Eddie Santiago, Oscar D’Leon, Gran Combo, Victor Manuelle, Melcochita, Frankie Vazquez, Tito Puente JR, Huey Dunbar, Charanga Habanera, and Xtreme.
Luis began the Guajiro Dance Company in 2001, the performing branch for SalsaDallas.com. He has been teaching students performance Salsa ever since.
Rikki Rincon’s career has afforded him to work in so many diverse capacities as publicist, media relations specialist, digital strategist, social media management, artist management, stage production management, sales, talent booking and music programing. Rikki is a specialist the art of digital strategies and managing the brands of his clients via the digital space. One of Rikki’s greatest strengths is his ability to engage with others and create lifelong connections that deliver. Creative Juice Online focuses on the growing evolution of digital communications for companies in areas of social media platform, integration, amplification of their brand and message.
Major talent Rikki’ has worked with over his career include but not limited to the following, Selena, Oscar D’Leon, Brian McKnight, SWV, Havana NRG!, Grupo Niche, Tito Puente, Tito Puente Jr., Celia Cruz, Run DMC, Cypress Hill, Nia Long, Fat Joe, Notorious B.I.G., Chayanne, Luis Enrique, Stevie B., TKA and many more spanning several decades. Other notable work in the area of talent includes a major principal role in the Universal Pictures release “The Island” (circa 1980). From the early 1980’s Rikki worked marketing concepts/music programming with radio properties KNON 89.3FM, 100.3 KJMZ, K-104FM, KICK 99.1FM and KHYI-Y95. Rikki currently works with Havana NRG!, Idania and others on digital brand management and bookings.
Rikki is Vice-President}Partner of the new BellaGeneration Hair System company, based in Addison, Texas,. Rikki handles day to day operations in areas of all things digital, from social media, website creative, blog, media, celebrity, influencer relations to planning and execution of events nationwide.
Most recently, Rikki joined forces with tech industry leader, Jose Marquez of Tech Latino and formed the new ISP Creative , a global source for Artificial Intelligence, Creative, SEO. They target anywhere from 30,000 to 6M IP addresses for your company, campaign, product or services in 150+ countries.
Rikki’s past community involvement includes time as Entertainment Chair with St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Annual Gala in Dallas, Texas and Noche de Navidad/ Navidad En El Barrio, two major causes close to his heart that affect children both locally and worldwide. Most recent, Rikki is a Co-Founder of the Brighter Generation Foundation, a non profit organization that seeks to help ad serve homeless children and foster youth as well. Other past commitments include service in the United States Marines Corps Reserve.
