Upon returning from Hispanicize 2014 in Miami, we were left to wonder and recap all that was this powerful and engaging week of networking, panel sessions, live concerts, vip celebrity meet and greets, walks on the beach, skype meetings from Miami to Dallas, blogging and co-hosting on the Detective Gomez Radio Show, we did it all! This is the vibe, the very essence of what makes up Hispanicize, it is the pulse of the industry by Latinos for everyone and we cannot emphasize enough of the importance of planning for the next one!
Not only did we attend the highlight concert of the week, Sheila E. but we were able to capture the #selfie of the year with Sheila E herself and blog both photos and video as we jumped right in to her highly energized showcase. One of the highlights of our week was attending and hearing the lifestory and truth from Cuban Blogger, Yoani Sanchez of Generation Y. We attended the Target sponsored fashion showcase which also featured the DJ appearance of Spain’s very own DJ/Producer, Juan Magan. We also met and spoke with super producer to the stars, Mr. Sergio George. We experienced the #Gain live music showcase featuring another favorite of ours, Santa Cecilia, to meeting national television celebrites to talking to the Cesar Chavez family during the VIP screening of #CeasarChavez. We even witnessed actor/producer Edward James Olmos jump on stage with Sheila E. to perform a conga solo. I want to thank our sponsor American Home Shield (@AHS_Warranty). This my friends is Hispanicize and when you finish reading this begin planning for 2015! Nos vemos.
